Beyond the warranty period (or for frames purchased after 1.5.2015) we offer our customers an extended crash replacement for 5 years (from date of sale). If the frame breaks within this period, or is damaged by a fall etc., the frame can be returned to us with a written description of the accident. You will then receive a replacement frame for a reduced price upon request.
