What are the warranty periods?

In principle, we grant a 2-year warranty on all bikes as required by law. Beyond that we extend our services. If a bicycle frame purchased after 1.5.2015 breaks within 6 years (a warranty period of 3 years applies to frames made of carbon), we will either replace the broken frame completely or the broken frame part (in the case of fullys). We reserve the right to replace the frame or frame part with a successor model. Prerequisite is a normal use of the bike according to the manufacturer's specifications.

Special case:

This extended warranty does not apply to the SWOOP 200 model and all dirt bikes, nor to all attachments relating to frame replacement.

Please note: For frames or frame parts that are replaced after the legal warranty period within our manufacturer's warranty has expired, all additional costs incurred for modifications, shipping or the exchange of parts for compatibility reasons must be borne by the buyer!
