Das für den harten Einsatz getrimmte SWOOP zeichnet sich neben einem cleanen Rahmendesign durch technisch ausgefeilte Details aus. Ja, das RADON SWOOP kostet „nur“ 4499 Euro, und ja, es ist damit das Top-Modell im Angebot des Versenders. Mit dem neuen RADON SWOOP ist dem Direktversender wieder ein guter Wurf gelungen. Das schicke Carbon-Enduro orientiert sich jetzt noch mehr in Richtung Abfahrt und kann mit einem feinfühligen Ansprechverhalten und jeder Menge Laufruhe auftrumpfen. Auch den Weg zum Gipfel muss man mit dem Carbon-SWOOP nicht fürchten – ein echter Kletter-Spezialist ist das Enduro-Bike allerdings nicht.

Frame
The specifications for the development of the carbon version of the SWOOP were clear - fresh design, modern kinematics and new shock linkage. The result is a light and stiff carbon main frame with a solid aluminium rear triangle. No stone has been left unturned. Progressive geometry, 29" wheels, geometry adjustment, 170mm travel - no compromises have been made here! The kinematics even allow coil shocks. For high manoeuvrability, we kept the chainstays short at 438mm and despite the long wheelbase and the flat steering angle, even tight turns are child's play. The highlight is the rotatable headset, which can change the steering angle by 1.5 degrees.
