Mit dem neuen RADON SWOOP ist dem Direktversender wieder ein guter Wurf gelungen. Das schicke Carbon-Enduro orientiert sich jetzt noch mehr in Richtung Abfahrt und kann mit einem feinfühligen Ansprechverhalten und jeder Menge Laufruhe auftrumpfen. Auch den Weg zum Gipfel muss man mit dem Carbon-SWOOP nicht fürchten – ein echter Kletter-Spezialist ist das Enduro-Bike allerdings nicht.

➦ With the help of our graphics we want to give you a recommendation how to find the right frame size. In addition to stride length and body height, your personal riding style, area of use and preference also play a major role. If you are on the borderline of your specifications, you can choose between two frame heights: the smaller frame size is more agile/flexible/playful, the next larger frame size is quieter/stabler and has a better uphill performance.
Frame
"All new" was the motto for the SWOOP in the carbon version. Design, kinematics, damper linkage - no stone has remained on top of the other. In spite of all renovation wishes we wanted to keep the DNA of the popular SWOOP in parts - progressive geometry, 29" wheels, possibility of geometry adjustment, 170mm travel, no compromises were made here. The kinematics of the SWOOP is progressive, also coil dampers fit well to the characteristics of the bike. For a high agility we were able to keep the chainstays short with 438mm, despite the long wheelbase and the flat angles, narrow curves are no obstacle. Instead of a flip chip for geometry adjustment, we made the headset adjustable, so the cups are angled and can be rotated to vary the steering angle by 1.5° degrees
