This year, we have opted for a Shimano 12-speed drivetrain from the SLX and XT series. Rapid gear changes, high reliability and a bandwidth of 510 % ensure that you can concentrate on the essentials. The Shimano XT BR-M8120 joins the ranks here and, with four pistons at the front and rear, offers braking power en masse without oversteering. New for 2025: The DT Swiss EX1700 Spline with its 30mm rim width provides the perfect basis for the Continental Kryptotal - traction in every situation is now part of the standard equipment. To make sure that the contact points are just right, we've fitted a lightweight Race Face Turbine R cockpit in addition to the SDG Tellis V2 with up to 170mm travel. Come on board - the JAB 10.0 leaves nothing to be desired!

Frame
The main focus of the new development of the JAB was on adapting the geometry. Increased reach, longer wheelbase and a slacker steering angle (which can be adjusted via an angled headset). Suspension travel release up to 170 mm, luggage compartment in the down tube and a completely redesigned full carbon frame - this season for the first time in a 29-inch setup.

"Alleskönner" - JAB MX 9.0 im Test bei FREERIDE 04/24
Das neue Jab MX betritt mit einer Kampfansage die Bühne und wurde bereits um ganze 800 Euro auf 3599 Euro reduziert - und das, obwohl es sich um den gerade erst vorgestellten Vollcarbon-Rahmen handelt. Mit nur 14,5 Kilo ohne Pedale ist die Mission geglückt.

Variable headset
The steering angle can be adjusted depending on the installation position of the ACROS headset shells. The headset shells are simply rotated by 180° to influence the steering and seat angle. Flat setting for the ultimate session in the bike park or moderate setting for the enduro tour.
