Our RELATE 7.0 marks the entry point into the world of high-quality trekking bikes, featuring the latest Bosch Performance CX motor with its incredibly powerful 100 Nm of torque. The motor blends into the overall design just as seamlessly as the Bosch 800 Wh Powertube battery, which is hidden in the down tube—enabling long rides and ensuring the motor always has plenty of power on hand. Speaking of aesthetics: the new RELATE frame features ground-down weld seams that almost make you forget you’re looking at an aluminum frame. The integrated rack blends just as beautifully into the overall design; it’s also highly capable, effortlessly carrying your luggage and letting you completely forget it’s there while you ride. For rougher terrain, we’ve fitted a Suntour NX1 suspension fork up front, which provides plenty of comfort with its 100mm of travel, supported by the voluminous, springy Schwalbe Big Ben tires. The robust Shimano CUES 10-speed drivetrain enables silky-smooth shifting even under full motor load and gets you up even the steepest hills; on the descent that follows, the BR-MT200 disc brakes from the same manufacturer bring you to a smooth stop. Should your ride extend into twilight, you’ll have a powerful front light on board with the Busch & Müller Lumotec IQ-XS. The comfortable Acid Sequence saddle and ergonomic Acid grips ensure plenty of comfort on long rides.
