Raphaela Richter wins Enduro Season opener in Treuchtlingen GER
Last weekend the european Enduro Season finally kicked off with the Specialized Sram Enduro Series in Treuchtlingen Germany.Radon Magura’s 18 year old, Raphaela Richter, downgraded her opponents by winning the overall with on over 1 minute lead.
Raphaela Richter: 1st Place“The first 6 stages went well, with stage 6 even close to being perfect. At the beginning of Stage 7 i crashed, which twisted my handlebars pretty bad. This made the whole last stage pretty difficult for me. To bad it good have been a clean sweep :). I am so happy how the new Radon Slide 140 turned out, can’t wait for the next race”
James Shirley, had a solid start of the season. In a strong field with over 600 riders he managed to finish as lucky number 13.James Shirley: 13th Place“I felt fast in places, but i also had an over the bars, an off course and a stop in the rock garden. Not a clean day. However, the time gap to the podium wasn’t huge. It was a decent start of the season”.
