How are possible claims handled?
Should you have any problem with your Radon bike, please contact us by phone or by e-mail (it's faster if you call us by phone). In case a components needs to be repaired or exchanged, please return us the corresponding part or, depending on the agreement with our employees maybe also the complete bike. Please do not forget to attach a significant description of the damage/fault as well as your complete contact details! Your reclamation will be handled as soon as possible.
