What do I have to do if I want to return a bike bought online or if I want to cancel my purchase?

Basically, you can return any bicycle, which you bought online from us, within a fortnight from the date of receipt of goods. Of course you are free to choose another model alternatively or to cancel the purchase. The bike needs to be in mint condition at the time you return it to us. We ask for your understanding that we can only accept returned bikes in their original packaging. For damage caused by inappropriate packaging we need to retain a compensation for lost value. In order to guarantee the refund of freight costs for the return of the bike, please contact us before returning the bike in order to avoid problems afterwards. Anyway, please always use the cheapest way possible for returning the bike - we will not refund freight costs for the return by any express delivery like UPS, FedEx or TNT.
